Job summary

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft facility will operate on a 24/7 schedule to manufacture and distribute Electrolit flavors across the US.

The Machine Operator I role involves safely operating production equipment, adhering to SOPs and GMPs, and performing setup, inspection, and basic quality checks while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/warehouse/mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating production equipment (blow molders, fillers, supporting systems) under supervision.
• Learn and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Help prepare machines for production runs (setup, cleaning, basic inspections).
• Monitor equipment and production processes; alert supervisors of issues.
• Perform basic in-process quality checks and document findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per safety and food safety standards.
• Participate in training to develop technical and operational skills.
• Assist with routine production reporting and machine performance.
• Support team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
