Job summary

Electrolit Manufacturing USA Inc. in Waco, TX, seeks an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to head the maintenance team responsible for reactive and proactive service across process equipment. You will manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and handle sensitive information under an NDA.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on repairs, and the ability to ensure equipment uptime while upholding safety standards in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 57 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Have previous food and/or beverage industry experience, and highspeed packaging experience.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Fluency in English required, Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise maintenance systems and processes.
• Direct maintenance technicians in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production lines running.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance is scheduled timely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
