Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Familiarity with food or beverage production is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must, Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Precisely stages kits and verifies ingredients to match batch sheets per recipes.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities and expiry dates on formulas per regulations.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers.
• Operates forklift to load/move ingredients following safety procedures.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards and company safety policies.
• Maintains housekeeping and completes hourly inspection sheets.
• Assists in other areas as required by plant supervision.
• Reports noncompliance and food safety issues to management.
