Danone North America is hiring a Night Shift Supervisor in West Jordan, Utah. This role provides first-level supervision for hourly associates across the manufacturing plant, from milk receiving to finished goods shipping.

You will lead safety, quality, and productivity goals and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production requirements. Candidates should have 3+ years in a food/beverage environment and supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• 3+ years' experience in food/beverage environment preferred.
• Experience in Dairy Processing (pasteurization, fermentation) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of hourly associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Lead with strong accountability and set clear expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production requirements.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and employee involvement.
• Validate timekeeping through Dayforce payroll reviews.
• Address employee concerns and escalate when needed.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss shift performance and metrics.
• Balance work schedules with production and shipping needs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, QARs, plant rules, and ISO standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (AM/PM, 5S, DMS).
• Perform root cause analysis using 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams.
• Coach line teams and ensure on-floor employee development.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment for staff and visitors.
• Support 24/7 manufacturing operations, including overtime/weekends as needed.
• Drive OE through Danone IWS principles.
• Ensure safety standards and ethics are followed by all.
