Job summary

Danone is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for our West Jordan, Utah site to lead hourly associates across the plant, from receiving to shipping. You’ll drive safety, quality and productivity through proactive leadership and daily coaching.

Responsibilities include timekeeping validation, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing continuous improvement aligned with GMP and ISO standards. Minimum supervision experience in manufacturing is required, with dairy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
• 3+ years’ experience in food/beverage environment preferred.
• Dairy processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize a team of hourly associates to meet Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and review SQCDMN metrics with management.
• Validate timekeeping and attendance using the Dayforce system.
• Identify gaps in production and balance schedules with managers and peers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (AM/PM, 5S, DMS).
• Ensure SOPs, GMPs and ISO standards are followed and train staff.
