Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Associates Degree in Logistics.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing setting required.
• Proficient in MS Office; LEAN manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all work for the shift, ensuring efficient operations; prioritizes work to meet SLAs.
• Develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to determine specific production work flow and predict daily production levels.
• Monitors work to optimize changeover, labor and production equipment usage.
• Interacts with production management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
