Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is hiring for a Production Associate on the 3rd shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am, Monday–Friday) to support fabrication and production of window components. Base pay is $16.00 per hour with a $1.50 per hour shift differential, and benefits begin on day one.

Male applicants are not discriminated; candidates must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug tests. Roles include operating equipment, reading work orders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience reading a tape measure.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May assist with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
