Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Associate for the Kemper facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. You’ll support packaging, material handling, and line readiness while upholding GMP and safety standards.

This role involves weighing, labeling, operating metal detectors, and moving materials, with opportunities to grow within a team-focused, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or factory experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Operate metal detectors, tape machine and label machine.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment per instructions.
• Stage materials at workstations to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
• Monitor equipment readiness and report malfunctions.
• Assist with sanitation to meet food manufacturing standards.
