Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively hiring a Food Production Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain packaging and process equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical skills and experience in manufacturing (1–2 years).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging/process equipment to meet production targets.
• Follow GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor product quality, weight, dates, and packaging integrity; log results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Load/unload materials and maintain inventory traceability.
• Perform start-up/shutdown, sanitation, and safety procedures.
