Job summary

Ditsch USA, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Production Associate to manage packaging and material handling on the 3rd shift. You will weigh, package, and move materials for shipment, while maintaining safety, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, performing QC checks, and supporting sanitation and line readiness. A high school diploma is required; warehouse or food-manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or factory packaging for shipment.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment.
• Operate metal detectors, tape machine, and labeling machines.
• Follow GMP and SQF policies.
• Perform quality checks on items for damage and seal integrity.
• Stage materials at workstations and production lines.
• Load raw materials and supplies into production equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with sanitation.
