Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Associate - Kemper for the Cincinnati, OH area. The role is part of the Production department and reports to the Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include packaging products, moving materials, and supporting a safe, efficient operation.

Starting pay is $18-$20/hour with a 2nd shift schedule and opportunities for training and career development. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Food production experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials with equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations running smoothly.
