Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Production Associate for 1st shift Kemper location. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
