Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Processor for the Mason, OH plant to support the Processing Department. The role involves delivering supplies to machines, operating equipment, and ensuring GMP and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a 10pm–6am shift with potential overtime. Benefits include health coverage after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays. Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a skills assessment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse/shipping/receiving/logistics environment required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and defect identification per quality standards.
• Must achieve a qualifying score on the job skills assessment during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete production schedules with minimal scrap/spoilage.
• Visually inspect equipment at station for cleanliness or maintenance issues; clean components as needed.
• Monitor equipment controls—temperature meters—valves and adjust as needed.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move ingredients and pallets/totes in the processing area.
• Use tools to open ingredient cases/packages and record data on ingredients used and batch codes.
• Assist in cleaning equipment and lines between recipes; transfer finished products through piping system.
• Acquire ingredients and samples from warehouse; manage batch transfers as required.
• Ensure GMP compliance; maintain a clean work area; perform other duties as assigned.
