Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Mason, OH is seeking a Processor for the Processing Department. The role emphasizes safety, quality, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 10pm–6am (3rd shift) with possible overtime.

Starting pay is $25.40/hour with company holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, and a 401(k) with company matching plus performance incentives. Applicants must have a high school diploma and warehouse/logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• History of safe work practices.
• Experience in a warehouse—shipping/receiving—logistics.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to call out defects.
• Pass job skills assessment after interview score.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies to machines and processing kettles.
• Follow production schedules with minimal scrap or spoilage.
• Visually inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Monitor temperature meters, controls, valves and adjust as needed.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move ingredients and pallets.
• Open ingredient cases and packages with can openers and knives as needed.
• Record data on ingredients used, lot codes and processing information.
• Transfer finished products through piping to drums or tanks.
• Ensure GMP compliance and keep the work area clean.
• Assist in cleaning equipment and lines between recipes.
• Other duties as assigned.
