Job summary

Kraft Heinz is hiring hourly manufacturing workers for the Mason Plant in Mason, OH. The position involves operating liquid pouch packaging lines, focusing on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. Roles include shifting across 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with potential overtime.

Starting pay is $24.57 per hour with benefits and non-union location. Candidates must be able to lift 25–50 lbs, maintain attendance, and perform duties in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to call out defects and maintain quality standards.
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Attendance must meet expectations.
• Experience in manufacturing/ GMP environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Pack finished products and prepare packaging components.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions and label goods.
• Place finished cases on pallets and ensure correct weight per case.
• Monitor packaging accuracy and keep scrap under control.
• Assist with machine start-ups and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
