Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Skilled Machine Operator for the Condiment Packet Automation Department at the Mason, OH facility. The role involves operating filling equipment, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Shift is 11pm–7am, Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities.

Strong attendance and ability to lift 25–50 lbs are required. Starting pay is $25.12/hour with comprehensive benefits and a 3.5% annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Capable of calling out defects and adhering to quality standards.
• Must pass job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and label with proper identifications.
• Assist with packaging, boxing, sealing and palletizing.
• Monitor weight, packaging components and machine scrap.
• Complete paperwork such as work orders and downtime sheets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow procedures.
