Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Processor to support the Processing Department. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment with the first shift (6am-2pm) and possible overtime.

Starting pay is $25.40/hour with holidays, vacation after 90 days, and medical/dental/vision coverage after 30 days. 401k with company matching and bonus potential are also offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• History of safe work practices.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving/logistics is required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to call out defects.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules with minimal scrap and waste.
• Visually inspect equipment and clean components.
• Monitor controls and adjust temperatures as needed.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move ingredients and pallets.
• Record data on ingredients used and batches produced.
• Assist in cleaning equipment and lines between recipes.
• Transfer finished products through piping systems.
• Ensure GMP guidelines and keep the area clean.
