Opella is seeking a Processing Technician to manufacture bulk blend products and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of production lines. You will set up, operate, tear down, and clean equipment while following cGMPs and SOPs, and work within a team focused on quality and accountability.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, experience with packaging machinery, and a commitment to maintaining records and safety standards on a Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm–6:30am shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing and production.
• Experience operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment.
• Familiar with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring safety, quality and output.
• Tear-down and cleaning of equipment.
• Learn to operate equipment like mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses.
• Maintain detailed production records and complete production orders efficiently.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.
