Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of rotational molding processes and secondary operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Train others in rotational molding and related operations.
• Set up processing parameters for changes and ensure product conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to drive project setups and improvements.
