Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current technology, Microsoft Office and other manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Understand rotational molding process and troubleshoot production issues.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to meet KPI targets.
• Train others in rotational molding and related operations.
• Set up processing parameters for product changes and ensure specs.
• Maintain shop floor safety and cover shifts when needed.
