Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with rotational molding or related plastics processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand rotational molding process and troubleshoot production issues.
• Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Perform in-process inspections and engage with ERP for daily metrics.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to meet KPI targets (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
• Train others in rotational molding processes and secondary operations.
