Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is hiring a Printing & Slitting Machine Operator for the 3rd shift, 11 PM–7 AM, Sun–Thu, in Miamisburg, Ohio. You will operate thermal and inkjet printers, perform setups, and ensure quality while supporting production flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of related experience, strong mechanical skills, color vision, and basic PC proficiency. Health benefits start day one, with 401(k) and paid time off included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Good color vision and familiarity with measurement tools.
• Basic PC proficiency including Google Workspace, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot thermal, inkjet, and Monarch printing systems.
• Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and knife/tension adjustments on slitters.
• Interpret order specifications and perform quality checks.
• Load supply rolls, pack finished orders, and stage products.
• Collaborate with team to drive safety and continuous improvements.
