Job summary

CSG is seeking an Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor for the night shift in Omaha, NE. You will report to the Design Delivery Center Leader to manage daily workflows, monitor performance, and ensure timely mailing of products for the production facility.

The role requires at least 3 years of production leadership, experience in print/mail, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency in a business setting. Expect a 12-hour rotating shift 6 PM–6 AM, with weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production leadership experience at a supervisor or lead level.
• Print and mail expertise referenced.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to Design Delivery Center Leader to manage daily work processes, procedures, volumes and deadlines.
• Monitor departments daily and report inefficiencies or successes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety in the workplace.
• Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ members.
