Qualifications

• 3–5 years of offset printing experience with supervisory exposure.
• Deep knowledge of offset press operations and workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a consistent night shift with overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pressroom operations during the night shift, ensuring targets and quality.
• Provide direction and support to press operators, helpers, and shift staff.
• Monitor press equipment operation; coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area per policies.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications and job requirements.
• Assist with training and development of pressroom staff.
