Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in offset printing.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of offset press operations and production workflows.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work a consistent night shift and occasional overtime/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pressroom operations during the night shift, ensuring targets and quality standards.
• Provide direction to press operators and helpers, promoting accountability.
• Monitor press equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment per OSHA and company policies.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with printing specifications and job requirements.
• Assist with training and development of pressroom staff to build skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities, production data, downtime, and personnel issues.
• Collaborate with day shift and Pressroom Manager for seamless workflow across shifts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and waste reduction.
