Job summary

Iconex is seeking an Assistant Press Operator for night shifts in Jefferson City, TN to support press and coater setup, prepare materials, monitor quality, and package finished goods.

The role offers a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (7 pm–7 am), on-site work, weekly pay, and a quarterly bonus opportunity as you learn the label manufacturing process, train on presses, and advance into roles with greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.
