Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Production Team Member in Tennessee to operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment, producing receipts, labels, and tickets. You will log production data and support material handling in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with 12-hour shifts (days and nights) and a stable 3-on/2-off rotation.

We require +2 years of printing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Log production data accurately using computer systems.
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration.
• Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification.
