Job summary

M2S Group is seeking an Assistant Slitter Operator for nights in Morristown, TN. This growth role offers 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM to 7:00 AM), on-site work, weekly pay, and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

You will learn the label manufacturing process, train on print presses, and advance into roles with greater responsibility and higher pay. As part of Iconex operations, you’ll prepare materials, operate equipment, monitor quality, and support 6S housekeeping while collaborating with a team and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork.
• Must follow safety standards and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.
