Job summary

Iconex is seeking an Assistant Press Operator in Morristown, TN to learn the label manufacturing process, train on print presses, and grow into higher-responsibility roles. This 12-hour shift (3 days on, 2 off) runs from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM with weekly pay and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

You will assist with press/coater setup, prepare materials, operate finishing equipment, monitor quality, and support maintenance and 6S housekeeping, contributing to on-time production and satisfied customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.).
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.
