Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 1+ year experience operating manual and CNC punching, cutting, forming machines, or press brakes.
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
• Basic knowledge of machine controls and programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and meet material requests.
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate information efficiently to team members.
• Basic computer skills to respond to requests via internal applications.
• Basic math skills for quantities, weights and measurements.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills and following Safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate manual and CNC machines to fabricate parts per specifications.
• Set up machines with necessary materials for each job.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine part requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues to leaders.
• Use overhead crane and material handling equipment safely.
• Complete first-piece inspection using measurement tools.
• Maintain records of fabrication activities and progress of orders.
• Deburr metal parts using hand/power tools for safe handling.
• Meet department targets and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Follow Company policies and rules.
