Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience operating manual and punch press (metal forming) machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers.
• Ability to work independently and meet material requests.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and Punch Press machines to fabricate parts per specifications.
• Set up machines with required materials.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine part requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance and report issues.
• Use overhead crane to position materials.
• Complete first-piece inspection with measurement tools.
• Maintain fabrication records and track job orders.
• Deburr parts with hand/power tools.
• Meet department targets while upholding safety standards.
• Follow company policies and workplace procedures.
• Overtime may be required.
