Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC press brakes, read blueprints, and produce quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves setting up machines, interpreting drawings, adjusting settings for accuracy, and conducting routine checks to ensure quality and safety. Training will occur on the 1st shift, with Sunday-Wednesday 8PM-6AM after training.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brakes required.
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a safe, clean work area.
