Job description

Night Shift Operators receive a $1.00 Shift Differential AND a $1,000 Retention Bonus Paid out over a 6-month period.

Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Overtime as needed on Fridays: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

days and hours are subject to change based on production demands.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate equipment to process rubber and related materials
• Use tools like calipers, scales, and rulers to measure and verify product specifications
• Keep your work area safe and clean while following PPE and safety protocols
• Operate mechanical equipment (overhead hoist, pallet jack, hydraulic lift table)
• Accurately input production data into the MRP system
• Transport materials and maintain proper product labeling and traceability
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Support quality assurance efforts and maintenance procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
• Preferred: Forklift experience

Work Environment

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand.
