Brief Description

Are you looking for a hands‑on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? UTEX is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety‑focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Ensure all products meet specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all PPE and safety standards.
• Transport materials, perform measurements, and support preventative maintenance efforts.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute).
• 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing or press operator experience.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, squatting, etc.).
• Basic communication, math, and computer skills.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.

Work Environment

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel‑toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full‑time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
