Job summary

UTEX Industries Inc., based in Texas, is seeking an Assembly Shipping Clerk to ensure products are assembled and shipped with precision. The role involves packing, labeling, and preparing shipments while maintaining quality standards.

You will create shipping documents, pull inventory, inspect merchandise, and assemble components in a manufacturing and office environment. The position is full‑time with typical Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, and stoop.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Forklift experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Shipping Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are assembled and shipped with precision and care.

• Packing and unpacking orders to meet department schedules
• Creating shipping documents and pulling inventory
• Visually inspecting incoming merchandise
• Assembling mechanical components using a variety of tools

What We’re Looking For

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; and stoop
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Work Environment

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
