Key duties include operating microscopes, deburring parts, inspecting conformance with gauges and drawings, setting up basic operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years finishing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S principles.
• Interpret blueprints and follow manufacturing processes.
• Perform deburring and other finishing operations.
• Inspect parts for quality using gauges and microscopes.
• Set up basic operations and perform line clearance.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
