Job summary

EPTAM Precision Micro-Machining in Lakeville, MN, is seeking a Finisher / Laser Technician for the 2nd shift. You will perform laser marking, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing of medical device components to support OEM partners.

The role emphasizes adherence to Quality Systems, SOPs, and cross-training teammates, with daily operations including laser cutting/welding prep, maintaining production flow, and inspecting parts with magnification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ISO-regulated manufacturing environments helpful.
• Technical training in inspection methods and equipment preferred.
• Experience with quality systems in medical device manufacturing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing.
• Support production flow, communicate concerns, and assist with inspection needs.
• Inspect and hand deburr parts using magnification/microscope.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and SOPs; train/cross-train teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness and line clearance; suggest process improvements.
