Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Night Shift supervisor to manage superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates in relation to safety, quality, employee relations, yield, and productivity.

The role emphasizes developing and maintaining project plans, meeting milestones and budgets, and promoting a culture of safety across multiple departments. Previous poultry/manufacturing management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Ag, Operations Management, Business)
• 5-7 years supervisory/management experience; multi-department oversight; poultry/manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
• Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
• Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety
