Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Night Shift supervisor in Millsboro, Delaware to ensure department operations run smoothly while aligning procedures, people and resources to meet quality, efficiency and safety goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s preferred, and 3+ years of poultry supervision. Knowledge of HACCP and USDA sanitation rules is essential; you will follow SOPs and manage staffing, training and timekeeping in Kronos and Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in poultry operations; degree may be substituted.
• HACCP knowledge and USDA sanitation guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are fulfilled with correct staffing and follow SOPs/GPPs.
• Address defects per quality/packaging specs; ensure food safety compliance.
• Meet department metrics: BMPH, Cost/lb, PPMH, A Grade %.
• Follow HR/Safety policies; process Kronos/Oracle HCM time off requests; safety training.
