Job summary

ProMedica in Toledo, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Obstetrics LDRP unit to provide patient-centered care and coordinate comprehensive care plans. You will interact with patients, families and the care team with open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making during night shifts.

The RN will assess and formulate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, and work with staff to meet patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
