Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Toledo Hospital to provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The RN will assess needs, formulate diagnoses, and implement and evaluate care plans, working with nurses and staff to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

This full-time night-shift role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing opportunities to contribute to a high‑quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by units.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care and interact with patient, families, and health care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve satisfaction.
