Job summary

Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Nursery/Post Partum unit during the night shift. You will perform couplet care, newborn admissions, and Level I nursery duties while delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a boutique-like environment.

You will be part of a team committed to safety and exceptional patient experiences, with competitive incentive programs and relocation support. This role requires flexibility for 3x12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired; postpartum/nursery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Couplet Care — Providing comprehensive postpartum and well-baby couplet care.
• Newborn Admissions — Performing NRP and STABLE protocols, assigning APGAR scores, and managing newborn transition care.
• Level I Nursery Care, including IV placement and antibiotic administration, gavage feedings, respiratory support, and jaundice care.
