Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the postpartum night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. The role is full time, 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with weekend rotation and cross-facility coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate has IL RN licensure, a NLN-accredited nursing program background, and BSN preferred, plus BLS/CPR certification. Two years postpartum or acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• License: Registered Nurse in IL is required.
• Education: NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience: 2 years postpartum or acute care nursing preferred.
• Unique or preferred: Postpartum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care identifying interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Provides patient assessment and health data collection.
• Communicates care plan to patient, family, and team.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Assists with wound/ostomy/skin care and related tasks as needed.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in transporting acutely ill patients as needed.
