Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for postpartum night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This Full Time 36 hours/week role requires working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with weekend rotation and potential floating to other units as needed.

Responsibilities include developing and adjusting care plans, assessing patients, communicating with families and the care team, and providing education to patients and families. HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in IL.
• BSN degree preferred; NLN accreditation noted.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required for healthcare providers.
• Minimum 2 years postpartum or acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and data collection.
• Communicates care plan with patient, family, and team.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
