Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse – Postpartum for the night shift. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with hours 1900-0730 and weekend rotation. Requires IL licensure and BLS/CPR; experience in postpartum or acute care is preferred.

The nurse will deliver safe, compassionate care, collaborate with the clinical team, and support patient education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and collects health data.
• Communicates care plan to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team; documents data.
• Takes patient teaching into account learning needs and culture.
• Collaborates with peers and mentors; delegates tasks as needed.
• Provides compassionate, supportive care and assists with procedures as needed.
