Job summary

Pretium Packaging - USA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:50pm - 8:00am) to set up, operate, and maintain plastic molding equipment in our Greensboro, NC facility. You will ensure product quality, follow GMP and safety protocols, and support production lines to meet daily targets.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read technical drawings. ERP experience with MaintainX is a plus; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High level mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably MaintainX, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines following established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for optimal efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specifications; document results.
