Job summary

T.O. Plastics, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift operator to run production lines with a 9:45pm to 5:45am schedule, Sunday through Thursday. The role requires handling multiple lines, performing basic setup, and maintaining quality checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience or familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
• Trade-school for plastics fabrication or related maintenance experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs production operations, monitors machine performance, and identifies quality issues.
• Provides training to new Packers and assists with paperwork.
• Operates and troubleshoots multiple lines with minimal supervision.
• Maintains paperwork for inventory, quality control, and scheduling.
