Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years relevant semiconductor experience.
• Etch tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor wafer fabrication operations for process performance and equipment functionality.
• Investigate routine operational problems, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
• Follow established procedures and written or verbal instructions to maintain process integrity.
• Provide technical training to operators and mentor production personnel.
