Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Richmond, UT is seeking a Plant Services Sanitation Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe manufacturing area. You will support product quality, employee safety and operational success while progressing toward a Plant Services Specialist role after required training.

Responsibilities include sanitation of equipment per SSOPs, completing cleaning assignments, handling cleaning chemicals, following GMPs and safety rules, wearing PPE, and operating floor

Qualifications

• Understand and follow sanitation procedures, safety requirements, and food safety standards.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals per established procedures.
• Able to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule to support sanitation needs.
• Cooperate with Plant Services and cross-functional teams to maintain facility cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation of food processing equipment in accordance with SSOPs.
• Complete end-of-production and end-of-week cleaning assignments and equipment changes.
• Properly mix, dilute, and apply cleaning chemicals per label instructions.
• Follow GMPs, safety requirements, and food safety standards at all times.
• Wear and maintain required PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Operate auto floor scrubbers and other sanitation equipment.
• Support master sanitation schedules and facility hygiene initiatives.
• Report sanitation or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by Plant Services leadership.
