Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a dedicated sanitation worker in Texas to maintain cleanliness of manufacturing and storage areas, including disassembling and reassembling equipment for sanitation. You will follow GMP/USDA guidelines, operate power washers, and ensure safe handling of chemicals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include proper waste disposal, equipment maintenance, PPE adherence, and collaboration with team members to meet sanitation targets.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English required; bilingual preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Works well with others and supports sanitation processes.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Performance evaluation occurs within the first 120 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas following GMP and USDA guidelines.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment for cleaning and reassemble after sanitation.
• Operate power washers and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow PPE, safety rules, and sanitation SOPs at all times.
• Report equipment issues or hazards to supervisor promptly.
